Re: Why was the Bonds Sam Bat thread deleted?
I am assuming it became a $2,500-3,500 classified ad or was heading down that path.
Looking for: Joey Votto game used items.

Ken posted some very useful info in that thread. No need to delete it.

Re: Why was the Bonds Sam Bat thread deleted?
considering Chris is at the Long Beach show and has NOT uploaded the new banner ad I emailed him, I am going to assume he didn't delete it.
And I will re post that info once decided where. Perhaps the thread should have the offending messages deleted , and move to exceptionally educational threads?

Re: Why was the Bonds Sam Bat thread deleted?
I think it was because I mentioned potentially selling it?
Anyway I did, I am now looking for a Yankees bat but I'll post that in the collector to collector section.

I also want to make it clear that I had the intention of keeping the gamer when I bought it, thinking it wasn't worth THAT much. However, once I learned more about it thanks to all of you guys, which I really appreciate, it made more sense to me as a 19 year old to let someone else enjoy it.

Re: Why was the Bonds Sam Bat thread deleted?
There's a 500.00 limit on anything sold. Seems fairly strict. Better to just have your email available so people can get in touch with you if they're interested.

Re: Why was the Bonds Sam Bat thread deleted?
Several reasons
1. As this thread progressed it became more apparent that both bats were being showcased for sale and both were eventually sold.
2. Solicitation for Getty images and the offer to provide such images is against the rules. You know who you are.metsbats86@aol.com
