Here are just a couple of items from the collection that I will share now (perhaps I'll show more later after giving other people a chance to what they have):

The commemorative jersey the Orioles gifted Cal to celebrate his 400th HR in 1999:

      1986 Game Used Batting helmet:

A 1997 Game Used bat that was broken by Roger Clemens & Cal noted such in his handwriting on athletic tape on the back barrel:

MLB Authenticated game used balls from his last career games in Tampa & KC:

1990 Locker Nameplate from Memorial stadium matched (in B&W) to a promotional Orioles Commercial that aired in '91:

First base from Cal Ripken's last career base hit (next to first base from Tony Gwynn's last career base hit).

I enjoyed owning this bat for the past two years but painfully just sold it back to the previous owner yesterday.

              Nick,
              Why'd you sell back?

I had to free up some cash for some new incoming pieces. I'll post pics in a little bit.

two more game used bats with the "game used" notation...As many know ,Cal is very selective on when he will add that "game used" inscription (he scrutinizes everything)...The black 1995 bat one was one that accidently slipped out of his hands during a swing @ Tiger Stadium that summer & I acquired it from the Tigers fan who "caught it" & fortunately Cal recalled that moment when I presented it to him to sign:

This large sign was one that hung on one of the gates of Camden Yards the evening that Cal surpassed Lou Gehrig for the most consecutive games played record in 1995...I believe they didn't mention the event specifically per se on the signs to deter theft (oh well):

LVS delivered a small shipment of bats to Cal right before the 1999 season, mistakenly using his father's contract signature (coincidently less than a month after Cal Sr. passed away). Cal did not feel comfortable in using them & gifted one to me:
