Looks more like an old Bills jersey. Definitely not a Patriots style it is though close. They wore that style at one point but the numbers were red and the arm stripes were blue inside red stripes.

Not a Patriots, Bills, or Giants from any era. Here is a link to a good site for researching NFL/AFL jersey styles http://www.gridiron-uniforms.com/ There are a few minor discrepancies that will be seen (for example, does not show the black neck trim on 1995 and '96 Falcons jerseys), but it is the best site I have found.
