giambi did not wear this helmet. simply put, there is a card out there that has him wearing this style of helmet, it is a 2000 fleer ultra. player unknown.

CONFIRM THAT PLEASE. I'VE SEARCHED FOR PHOTOS AND HAVEN'T FOUND ANY, OTHER THAN A, AS STATED, A 2000 GIAMBI FLEER CARD, WEARING THIS STYLE HELMET.

Hi,

1. In 1999 they didn't TBTC to Philadelphia at all

2.They did in 2000, 2001,2009,2012, but never wore that batting helmet in those games. There are photos with clearly different helmets

3. They did play a 4th of July game in 1999, and the helmet fits the color scheme, but I don't have a photo of the helmet, just it matches my jersey

So by a process of elimination I believe it to be from the 4/7 game, if you are sure about the year.
