Thome jersey on ebay

Looks like this jersey was sold as "game issued" a week ago for about $300, now listed as "game used". I'm no expert on the tags but there is no 1999 "AL Central Champs" patch. Not sure this could possibly have been game used or even issued:

Good catch. I saw the jersey when it was listed before and the missing patch and the nice crisp tags were red flags to me.

The 2" extra sleeve length is odd to me too. Never seen a Thome gamer with 2" extra sleeve. I believe I have see some with 1" before.
And am I wrong or didn't Thome wear a size 50 in '99?

If everyone would hit the report item button on these things Ebay would take them off.

The tagging may be correct, I have a signed Thome gamer from 1999 with the patch, same two inches extra on both the sleeve and length, size 52. Goldin auctions has a 98' "AL Champs", up now, size 50, one inch extra.
