FS: 4 Phillies Diamond Club Seats. Tons of games!

So my good friends father is a long time season ticket holder and has 4 seats to every homegame in the diamond club. Unfortunatly he has been in the hospital for 7+ weeks now and since he will not be able to attend most of the games this season, his children are trying to sell off the excess games so it is not a complete loss ontop of piling medical expenses. If you are a Phillies fan then you know these are the most sought out tickets in the stadium.

These amasing seats are located a mere 15 rows behind home plate. Attached you will find the list of all the available games and prices at FACE VALUE along with each.

Just a few questions: Would I have to buy all 4 seats ?
I'm assuming the price listed is the price per ticket.

I'm fairly sure that you have to buy at least 2 if 4 are available and ysah, listed next to each game the face value of each ticket
