Don't know about Fielder, but I know that Kurt Suzuki has used many different types of bats.

Here's a list of the bats that I know of that Kurt used.
Rock Maple (Phoenix Bat)
Diego Bat (2 different models)

SSK (3 different models)
X-Bat
Louisville Slugger (3 different models)
Old Hickory

Rawlings
Mizuno
Chandler (2 different models)
