    MLB.TV off season subscription

Does anyone know how far back the MLB.TV archives will allow you to access with an off-season subscription? I think it might make sense to buy the off-season package for someone just looking to do photo-matching, but it wouldn't make sense if the archives don't go back very far.

If anyone knows, could you please post? Thanks!

So, if I use my PS3, then how far back will the archive go?

Some games are available as far back as 2008, but the quality of 08/09 games isn't that good. I thought the off season subscription was only available in the off season..?

Yes. It's only available in the off-season. That's interesting that it goes back to '08, but I can understand the issue with broadcast quality.

You can only view games from this year on the PS3 back to spring training. I just tried it the other day thinking maybe they had an upgrade in the off season. You can always use a laptop and plug it into your HDTV.

Now I'm confused again. So, if I use my PC, how far back does the archive go?

I have never tried to go back any further than 2012 and I could only do that on my laptop. If you are using a PS3, you can't go back past the current years ST games.

Personally I think MLB.TV could use some work. Just my opinion.
