Hey guys if you aren't following them on twitter you def should. I purchased an Eric Chavez bat last night at the Dbacks game and the serial number wouldn't come up on the database. I sent them a pic of the sticker and asked if they could help out. Less than 10 min and I got a private message telling me to check again and it was fixed then they told me why it wasn't showing up, apparently the Dbacks had "re-opened" that session to add in a few more signed items
