    Largest game used item ever!!

Ok. Can anyone beat this for largest game used item they've purchased? I just picked up this 7'x10' section of right field wall from old comiskey park. It was one of the sections with the retired players numbers. This one happens to be Luia Aparicio's. Very cool...,but Huge.

Found this article from 1991 in Trib and it talks about these pads going for $1,000 - $1,400 each with retired numbers on them. Very cool.

There was a baseball clinic business in Orland Park ( batting cages and lessons..etc) a new owner bought the business and this was inside the old business when they bought it. They didn't want it so I bought it from them. It is a incredibly cool item!!! Huge and heavy. But I remember seeing this when I went to old comiskey.

I saw that article... I'm trying to find one of the auction catalogs from Comiskey to have with this piece. I have the book with that photo I attached. It's the biggest item I have. I think you need to be a true sox fan to appreciate this bad boy. ))
