Need help to identify what this Yankee's jersey is!

So let me understand. The poster bought this at a local store real cheap and doesn't know who the player is, but the same jersey is also on ebay for $99 opening bid and is identified as a Reggie Jackson.

It is amazing to me that there are 2 identical fake Reggie Jackson jerseys that have surfaced on the same day. Perhaps the poster should take his back to the "local store" and get his $10 back.
