Pete Rose game used
I found this Pete Rose bat at a local antique store and they say they acquired from an older gentlemen earlier in the day. The S2 on the knob got me intrigued so I looked up some bats that sold in auction and it seemed pretty good, so I paid up their $45 asking price. The bat measures out to 36" and I have not weighed yet. Can someone help me to determine if I just got an incredible steal or just some nice wall art? Thanks.
Sorry the pics are bad I used my iPad and the camera is bad. Stamping are deeper than they appear in picture

Re: Pete Rose game used
It looks good based on label, Model S2 and length. But with that said, the bat looks to be in very rough shape and that will hurt the value alot. But it's still worth alot more than $45.
