Need help with this Dodger Valenzuela Jersey

Could someone who is a jersey expert look at this jeresy and tell me their opinion. What year is the jersey and why does it not have a year markings?

it's a 1982, 1985, or 1986. perhaps a dodgers expert would be able to tell if there were any differences between the 82, 85, or 86 jerseys.

there are no year markings because i don't believe the goodman dodgers shirts had any year markings during that era.
