HELP! Just purchased a CHARGERS game jersey...Need some info

Hey guys,

I am not too familiar with Chargers gamers. I purchased this Charlie Jones jersey from a local shop. The owner stated he goes to church with Charlie and acquired it directly from him. Charlie Jones is a local legend for his work at Fresno State. I tried photo matching, but there are not too many pictures of him. Any help is greatly appreciated.

From the photos, I'd say it's got a good shot of at least being isued to him...it's hard to discern anything other than heavy or moderte use from a photo. Jones played for the Bolts from 1996-99, and, in the first three of those years, the Chargers were supplied by Starter. In '99, the style continued, but Adidas took over as supplier.

My guess is that its a practice jersey. The jersey seems to be hemmed way too short
