I've been looking for a while now and i just can't seem to find any game used items from the oakland raiders 2000-2002 teams from players like charlie garner,rod woodson,jerry rice, or tim brown, my question is what do teams do with all the game used helmets,jerseys, and cleats from the players at the end of games or seasons. could it be that there is game used memoribilia from these raider teams that people have in private collections that they are not willing to part ways with?

The players usually keep them.

Some teams donate the used/issued equipment to charities or to schools.
