Interesting observation RC, I wonder if all other MLB teams are doing the same?
All the other teams are doing the same thing. If you notice the teams are using the same jerseys throughout the start of spring training and they have the patch on the sleeve this is the reason why.

Always looking for Chipper Jones game used bats and authenticated hits and MLB authenticated commemorative logo basballs.

Rickey made many a fan in San Diego. Breaking the runs scored record (on a homer no less) and getting the 3,000th hit all at the end of Tony's last season. That was a fun year.
PS: Is this the Henderson you got from the you know who with the Padres?
Yes RC, this is the Henderson jersey I purchased from the Padres back in the day, as well as this beautiful 1996 'Hammered with use' Henderson bat. Rickey gots game baby!!
Picked up a Scott Patterson jersey today looks like I may have photo matched it but the year in the game picture was September 2008 but the jersey has a 2009 tag I'm so confused. Why would this be?He only played for 3 games so I can't think they made him many jerseys? The numbers were removed but not the name is this common?

Please post photos of back and tags.
Though it's somewhat common for the Padres to have jerseys with names and no numbers (ready for player call up), being that it is a match is odd. Is there an outline of the numbers?
It is my understanding that the camouflage jerseys were stripped of names and used by the Tucson Padres.

I just notice the jersey is not a match. The "Pad" side is different.
