Re: The Official SAN DIEGO PADRES GU Thread
Hey Whoman . . . . Nothing you post from this point on will impress us . . . .
Dave you are correct. The jersey is definitely one from the prehistoric, Two Home, Two Road era. This Gwynn is a sight to behold (boy, does that sound sappy).
Hey Nick, It has to be THE finest Gwynn I have ever seen. Think we have any chance of prying this from Whoman's hands??

Re: The Official SAN DIEGO PADRES GU Thread
Terry Kennedy 1982 Home jersey. One of my favorite Padres. very underrated and a huge contributor to the team while he was there. Very nice, too; met him twice when he came through Frisco (Roughriders) managing the San Antonio Missions.

Re: The Official SAN DIEGO PADRES GU Thread
Nice Kennedy Jay!
This style and the 1984 button-down version were very plentiful back in the early 90's. Hartel Sports bought out the Padres Burger King colored unis. in that bulk purchase, there were some decent players. Yes . . . You could have has the 1983 Tony Gwynn for $500. Gee, I wonder WHO has it?
