Opinions on this Vladimir Guerrero Glove

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts about this Vlad Guerrero glove? I've been looking for one with solid provenance for awhile to accompany the bat I have of his, but I'm not sure about this one. The flag on the glove looks correct as I've found style matches for that, but the use is pretty light and I haven't been able to find a photo that has his name embroidered in black. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

I found a few pics of this style glove but all have baby blue stitching not black.
