Mistagged Clippers jersey? (2007-2008 Jordan)

The above listing has a Deandre Jordan jersey with a 2007-2008 year tag, but otherwise proper tagging for 2008-2009 (25th anniversary). Also, Jordan was drafted in 2008, so he would have had his first season in 2008-2009.

Has anyone heard of Adidas mis-tagging team issued jerseys and teams actually issuing them to players? I would think it'd be something relative simple to fix (return to the manufacturer), though, since the flag isn't visible during the game, maybe the team simply wouldn't care.

Thoughts?

I've occasionally seen NBA jerseys used a year after. Can't say I know much specifically about the Clips, but it happens.

In the NBA, Adidas (and before that, Reebok, Nike and Champion gamers) were occasionally worn a year after the year tag date. For the Clippers, at least when they stunk, this wasn't terribly unusual.
