1984 Texas Rangers Victor Cruz home jersey

I have a 1984 Home Texas Rangers jersey for sale. The player is Victor Cruz. He was on the team in 1983 but did not make the 1984 team. He spent 1984 with the Rangers farm team in Oklahoma City. My assumption is that this is a Spring Training jersey. There is no evidence of any numbers or name having been removed and replaced.
