I'd like to give a public "Thank you" to James Spence of JSA.
I sent some items in that I purchased at auction to get their full letter.
These items were delivered back to me with the JSA letters 5 days after JSA received the package.
PSA/DNA treats auction letters as regular submissions and this results in a 4 to 5 week process to get an auction letter returned as a full letter. Not very good service as the item is already authenticated.
Outstanding and very professional service from JSA, and I recommend this company to all.
