MLB All Star Game jersey question

I was interested in the Jersey's that MLB Auction just put up. But for all of the Jersey's there is a big bold disclaimer that the jersey's are not game used but only autographed. So does this mean that they are not all star game used but that they are workout/ Home Run derby used ? Any help is appreciated
