Re: Zane Burns?
ax to grind. No sir, my man. Bought many bats from Zane. But if you know Zane at all, then you know he asks ridiculous prices. That's his MO. I'm just saying it was great to see it live. I want 100K. The expert, who is no expert, said maybe its worth 15! I say it's worth 5. That's my right, correct?

Re: Zane Burns?
Very true, Zane likes to High-low on his ask prices. Ask way high then go low to give the illusion of a good price to a novice buyer.
I am always amazed when certain dealers just sit on items for years. If you try to get a lower but still reasonable price, they are amazed but the offer and say they cannot afford to sell at that price or something to that effect, yet they can just hold on to inventory for literally years. --- gamewornuniforms.com for example does this. They have sat on hundreds of Devil Rays jerseys for over a decade! They held on them so long now that the value dropped a good 60% with the market and availability changing.
Yes, someone can ask whatever they want for something, but it is painfully annoying having to see the same over priced mediocre items on ebay on a daily basis, many items just sit for years on ebay, while the seller just hits the relist button.

Re: Zane Burns?
Perhaps Zane would be better off consigning such an item to Ken
