What has better value?

I have opportunity with two differnt bats. Just curious as to what is viewed as more valuable.
1- game used bat of mlb star Un-authenticated. But obviosuly player model, and typical player usage signs

Or

2- game used bat of same mlb star- but MLB authenticated to game used by a lesser name player on the same team but model of the stars bat?

Does the lesser player have his number written on the top or bottom? Does the star player have his number written on the bat originally, and or written over by the lesser player?

Ok, Lets say bat # 1 is a George Brett Bat that was clearly used by Brett with no MLB Auth. sticker....THEN,
Ok, Let's say bat # 2 is a George Brett Bat that was used by Pete Lacock with a MLB Auth. sticker.
Both bats same price...
I buy the #1 Brett bat all day....

The second bat does not have any markings, numbers or anything on the bat other than the mlb sticker authenticating to him.
