2002 Roberto Alomar Mets Jersey 9/11 Embroidery

In 2002 the New York Mets jerseys had a patch commemorating the New York Mets' 40th Anniversary and was worn for this season only, on the right sleeve. Beneath the patch, also on the right sleeve, remains the embroidered "9-11-01" that was added during the 2001 season in remembrance of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack.
During my many years of collecting I was able to obtain A Roberto Alomar home pin stripe jersey. My contact who was a top member of the Houston Astros clubhouse got the jersey for me from his friend Charlie Samuels the Mets Clubhouse Manager. For some reason, Samuels removed the tags below the Rawlings label. I am not an expert - to me the jersey does not show wear. Therefore, I would classify it as Game Issued/Ready. It is a great historical jersey - with the 9/11 embroidery and autographed by Alomar.
This jersey is for sale $750 plus shipping,insurance costs.
I was only able to attach a game photo of Alomar wearing the jersey style.
