Please remember that if you want to bid on an item in the extended bidding session of the auction, you must place a bid on that specific item prior to the regular session close at 10:00 PM EST Saturday.

Holy smokes, am I impressed with these guys. I registered the other day, plan on pursuing an item this evening, and had a question about straight versus maximum bidding. I used the "contact us", submitted my question, and it was around three minutes (literally) before my phone rang with someone to explain what I was looking for. Wow. Super, super impressive.
