Here is one of my favorite items. My father in law went to Super Bowl II. Here is the stub and a hat he bought. Plus two tics to the Bucs first playoff game that he went to. He passed away Aug 2, 2014. My mother in law gave these to me after he passed away.

Also, a Bucs versus Rams NFC Title game tickets, Jan 23, 2000.

          Another Bucs fan.... nice.

And since I was thinking about it I at least got a pic of all my all sports passes.

Two of my grail -- missing one to complete the trifecta.

If anyone have a MT or NM large ticket (Suite ticket) for 9/7/14 --- Derek Jeter's Day --- with Jeter on the ticket, I would be interested.

I have a decent "graded" tickets collection -- PSA and Beckett. Most of them are Yankees related. If the milestones happened at Yankee Stadium (the new one or some from the old stadium) -- I have the ticket or tickets for it.

Do you have any Bucs doubles to trade? I need a few from 1976 and I will be complete the first three years. I have some nice 1977 doubles, including the first home win.

Re: The Emergence of Ticket Collecting

I own hundreds of ticket stubs. My main collection is Derek Jeter Milestone Hits. My goal is to collect the ticket stub where Jeter passes the player on his road to 3000 hits and beyond. Besides his basic milestones (e.g. Debut, 1st Hit, 500th Hit, 1000th Hit etc.), I'm collecting the ticket where he passed every players career total hits 2500 or more. Once I gathered that list and the dates, I chose in my opinion the best Yankees of all time and collected the ticket where Jeter passed their career hit total. Once I found the ticket and if the player was still alive I had that player sign the ticket where Jeter passed them and had them add an inscription stating their career hit totals.

My ultimate goal is to write a coffee table book on ticket stub collecting and showcasing my Derek Jeter stubs to tell the story of his career but not just on stats but also on the mood and atmosphere of that day. It's a huge task and who knows if I'll ever get to it so I decided to share my list and what I have.
Players name in black mean they're still alive
Players name in light blue means they have past
If the date is in gray means I own it
If the date is in yellow means I own it buy I need the autograph

I'm collecting the same tickets and have the same list for Albert Pujols, Alex Rodriguez, Robinson Cano, Mike Trout, Bryce Harper, Mariano Rivera saves and Perfect Game Ticket stubs

You want to have some fun?

I have about 150 lbs or so, of Yankees tickets (stubs and full season booklets) -- from early 90's to the present. They are in boxes in the basement.

                          Want to sort through them?

I don't have any dups but I do see the '76 ones pop up on ebay now and then so I am sure you can find the ones you need. I'll keep my eyes open for ya.

And I dont think a day would be enough --- unless you already have the game dates you are looking for.

If not, it is going to be an entire day just looking through baseball-reference.com

I used to have spread sheets set up for some of them, and then things just got out of hands. Now, I only kept the major milestones - some I had signed, some I had graded and the rest, just sit in boxes.

                                I know a got a couple GEM 10 for DJ3K.
