Auction jersey has picture of "3ml" on bottom loa looks the same. Looks like these are two different jerseys with two different loas

There are multiple reasons why this jersey is not authentic but the most obvious is that the "BULLS" on the front is applied in heat pressed solid vinyl when it should in fact be applied in a heavy screen print which would have holes in portions of the screen print where the air holes of the jersey are. (Notice the MEARS LOA says Team lettering: Applique, and Numbers: Applique) I believe the MEARS letter is issued through them. There was a 1991 Jordan jersey that had the same issue MEARS sold at auction last fall that I contacted them about, however they stood by the authenticity......
Also the NBA logo looks off. I've never seen such a skinny arm. IMO someone just spent $15K on garbage.
