Hello Everyone,

Here is the text from an email that will be going out tomorrow morning. Just wanted to make sure everyone was aware of our deadlines:

The Goldin Auctions train continues to power along with amazing results. We just completed our Summer Premier Auction which delivered some huge prices realized. Included were:

-- Wayne Gretzky's O-Pee-Chee Rookie Card Graded PSA GEM MT 10 established a new standard for hockey trading cards by selling for $465,000 -- more than five times the record of $94,000 that the card sold for previously.

-- Babe Ruth's 1935 Contract with the Boston Braves sold for a whopping $360,000.

-- Michel Jordan's 1998 Chicago Bulls Playoff Jersey sold for $168,000, close to the record Goldin Auctions had already established for a Jordan game used jersey.

-- Stan Musial's 1956 Game Worn Cardinals Jersey sold for $84,000.

These results follow-up on the results from our April auction. Those results included:

-- Larry Bird's Photo/Video-Matched Game Used Jersey from May 22, 1988 Playoff Game 7 vs. Atlanta that sold for $64,050 - a record price for any Bird jersey;

-- Mike Piazza's 2001 Post 9/11 Game Used HR Jersey that sold privately on April 15th for $365,000, another record for a modern era jersey. Notably, this amount was exponentially higher than the minimum requirement of $25,000 requested by the consignor.

In addition, Goldin sold multiple items for massive premiums to what some of the items in the auction had sold for previously. These items include:

1) 1955 Ted Williams Game Used Red Sox Road Jersey with Matching Pants sold for $183,000 that had sold previously in a major auction for $77,025;

2) 1997-98 Michael Jordan Photo Matched Game Used and Signed Bulls Road Jersey sold for $91,500 that was previously purchased by our consignor for $15,000. Please note the large disparity in the two prices can be attributed to Goldin Auctions taking the time to photo-match the jersey as well as the large number of Jordan buyers in the Goldin database;

3) 1998 David Cone New York Yankees World Series Championship Player's Ring sold for $40,260 that was offered previously in another major auction and did not meet the previous set reserve of $20,000;

4) 1933 First All-Star Game Used and Signed Baseball with 5 Signatures Including Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig sold for $23,180 that had sold previously in another major auction for $5,736 just five months earlier.

The consignment deadlines for our upcoming Fall Premium Auction are:

1) Drop-dead date for items needing authentication is 8/18/16; and
2) Drop-dead date for items NOT needing authentication is 8/29/16.

That said, if you are interested in consigning anything to our Fall auction I pretty much need to know immediately.

I look forward to serving you in every way possible.
