This Nolan Ryan Astros jersey comes with a Lou Lampson LOA(!), and does not inspire confidence in me. There has been a number change, which doesn't make sense for a player who had been with the team for 3 seasons in 1982, and isn't as common for the Astros to have done in that era as the LOA suggests. Also, the tags show very heavy wear, more than a season's worth. The person who pointed this out to me believes it's a jersey sent down to the minors from which someone (not the current seller) "created" a Ryan. I tend to feel his analysis is likely correct. There are better Ryans out there...wait for one of those.
