Montreal Expos bat question
I recently acquired a small group of bats and one of them is a real nice early-mid 70's H&B Bob Bailey with #3 on the knob pinpointing it to his Expos days. Any idea what this might be worth?

Re: Montreal Expos bat question
Without pictures, it'd be very hard to say
Edit: Honestly, it's not likely to be worth all that much. Expos fans would want something that says Expos on it.

Re: Montreal Expos bat question
If someone is a team or player collector, it may be in demand. Tim@hofbats.com can give a ball park estimate.

Re: Montreal Expos bat question
I collect all the old expos stars I grew up with, bailey is way before my time. I think for expos collectors we don't need the bat to say expos on it, some of my most prized bats are tim wallachs, galarragas, carters that predate the team name going on barrel. As long as itcan be dated to expos playing days a collector won't mind.

Re: Montreal Expos bat question
Bailey was an original Expo and played there for seven seasons...I actually think this bat would have some value to an advanced Expo collector....

Re: Montreal Expos bat question
A little hard to tell from the pic, but I believe the bat is a 1969-72. And I would say around the $75-$100 range on it. Perhaps less with further inspection, maybe more.
