2004 Schaub Jersey Help

Been looking for a Falcons' Schaub for quite a while and ran across this one. I cannot find any Falcons' jersey from 2003-Present that used screen printed Falcons' Logos on the shoulders. Everything is stitched. Seller isn't much help, saying it's everything from game worn to event worn.

I'm 99% sure this isn't a game worn jersey, but...what is it?

Agreed - this doesn't look right. In addition to the Falcon, the name font isn't right. The only thing I can think of is that this could have been used or made for a charitable event like going to a Children's Hospital or some promotional appearance.
