The Authentication information is incorrect. Mondesi never had a hit in that game. The play the ball was associated was a groundout 2B to SS. SS fumbled the ball and could not complete the double play. Mondesi was not credited with a hit.

I did inform the seller of this but was ignored. Though he did correct the photo of the ball that was also the wrong ball with a different Authentication number.

I plan to write a note to MLB Authentication to get this corrected.

An update to this issue. I received a reply from Howard Shelton, Jr.
Program Manager, MLB Authentication on January 3, 2017. He took a look at the play and the Authentication and agreed with my assessment of the information. The Authentication info was updated to a groundout to 2B-SS/Force out at 2B. This was resolved in less than 5 days from the time I sent the email, including a weekend and a holiday. See pic below for updated Authentication information.

Also the seller on eBay updated the auction to reflect this change.
