I know nothing about Phillies jerseys but it seems a legit Schmidt wouldn't last 10 minutes with a $900 BIN.

Did mcauliffe even make Philly jerseys in 1984. Quick google search looks
Like it was Wilson and they had name plates and a lot larger font.

Where to begin on what's wrong with this jersey?

1) McAuliffe never made Phillies knits during Schmidt's career (or afterwards). Schmidt wore Wilson gamers from his initial callup through 1986 and Rawlings from 1987-89, plus for those 1979 1-game burgundy jerseys.

2) NOB should be on a plate.

3) NOB plate should be vertically arched.

4) Numbers are way too thin.

5) Jersey should have NIC tag

6) Jersey should have year and set number on strip tag in tail.

7) Photos do not show this, but I'd wager that there is no team logo patch on the left sleeve.

If anyone else can find more flaws, feel free to add to this post.

The jersey is still up, but the seller has removed all mentions of "game used".

Where would something like this come from? I'd guess salesman's sample, but it looks so bad with those strange thin numbers and letters I can't image McAuliffe would have made it for any reason.
