I usually see this digest-sized publication on the newsstands about February, and have been buying it for the past almost 20 years. Did they cease publication, or did I just miss it this year?

Wow...very sad, but not unexpected, I guess. For years, I used to go buy the World Almanac on New Year's Day, too, because it was such a handy reference - everything from what the population of some state was to who won an Academy Award in what year; now, half a minute online and you can pull up any answer you're looking for. Same with Baseball stats.
