Jacob deGrom hat on steiner - beware

not sure why steiner can't read the mlb auth and make sure it matches, but deGrom did not play for the Mets in 2013. He was not called up until 2014.

This is so sloppy on their part.

Additionally, I believe the inscription says 7-4-15, not 7-19-13. Why would the Mets wear stars and stripes hats on 7/19?

Steiner replied to my email and apologized, but only removed the date.

They refuse to include the MLB hologram number to verify the authenticity of the hat or signature.
