1973 Nolan Ryan Game Used Jersey - Grey Flannel Auctions
Re: 1973 Nolan Ryan Game Used Jersey - Grey Flannel Auctions
It could well be. It looks like someone added a sleeve patch and a front number after MEARS sold it. From the photos, it appears that the red in the front number doesn't even match the red in the team nickname. It looks problematic.

Dave Miedema
Troy/Mears also mentions in the description that the "Ryan 30" is inconsistent with jerseys on file.

You're correct, Halo is different. Now just need more info on the "Ryan 30" that's embroidered on the front. Grey Flannel mentions that it was added by a collector for display-ability.

The Angels already HAD front numbers on their 1973 gamers...no need for a collector to add one. Sounds fishy to me.
