Looking for Toronto Raptor Dino Gamers

New to the board and game worn jersey collecting. I'm looking at getting a Toronto Raptors Dino Gamer (1995-1999) or one of the 20th Anniversary ones (2015-2016). With the ones on eBay, it's hard to tell if they're also gamers as well or just game issued.

Any assistance would be helpful. I've seen Real Sports (of MLSE) sell Gamers in the past, but not of the Dino varieties.
