    Re: October 2017 Pickups

I bought one of the Onyx Authenticated Lumber 2017 bats and got a very cool Shed Long gamer (uncracked and signed)....I didn't know much about him but pursuant to a little research he looks like a good young prospect of the Reds.
I'll endeavor to post pics when I get home.

Great bat Ben. I wasn't aware PSA population reports existed for GU bats, where would one go to find this information? I don't see a link on the PSA site in the pop report area.

      Thx

        Ben:

That is one amazing (and reasonably early) Clemente bat. Great pick-up!

The early Momen bats are not nearly as common as the later, post-'60 bats of his. There are 9 in the PSA database for this variation, have seen some with condition issues like flaking on the barrel and other finish related issues.

HOLY. GRAIL. George Sosnak fully painted baseball with Mickey Mantle's signature on the sweet spot.

Absolutely gorgeous! (Wish PSA would find a better way than putting stickers on historical, museum pieces).
                I agree...
It is an option actually to have the sticker placed on the letter.
