The history of NY Giants COA/LOA's
I'm trying to understand how the Giants gave LOA's or COA's for their gamers.
Can anybody educate me here?
My understanding is, that they had a LOA from Ed Wagner beginning in 1996 up to 1998 until MeiGray took over in 1999 until end of 2002 (?) In 2005 and 2006 they gave out COA's. But other than that is there anything I'm missing?
