Some seller with zero feedback offers the same jersey (identical MLB authentication no.) that is lot 280 in the current Goldin Spring auction with more than 9 days still to go. He uses the auction pics and even offers BIN.

Chances are that the eBay seller is someone who's currently bidding on the jersey in the auction and speculating what the final auction price will be. He's probably hoping to win the item at a low price and then sell it to the Ebayer with the best offer.

I just contacted the seller via eBay, and insisted that he take the item down or be reported to eBay.
