Torii Hunter 2006 Game Used & 10th HR bat?

Vintage Authentics is auctioning a Torii Hunter game used 10th HR bat from the month of September. I checked and Torii only only hit a total of nine HR's in Sept. of 2006. These auction houses need to look into these claims before an item is put up for bidding.

Some poor guy ended up paying $347.00 plus the 17.5% buyers fee for a mislabeled bat.

The sad thing about this is that I sent an e-mail message to the guys at Vintage Authentics letting them know that Torii Hunter only hit 9 HR's in September and never got a response to my e-mail.
