Interesting Eagles Helmet

Picked this up cheap and the story is that it was won in a charity auction. Tagging inside shows that it was reconditioned for use in March 2015. There is a number 11 decal under one pad and 11 written in marker under the other. There was no number 11 on the Eagles roster in 2015 except for Tim Tebow who only played during the preseason. I have included a bunch of pictures and am interested in everyone's opinion on it. Thanks!!
