What years between 1978-82 did the Mets home and road jerseys not have the skyline shoulder patch. I was looking in the '83 Yearbook, and it seemed to be a mix. Regarding same era jerseys, was the second number on front always sewn further to the left, meaning not under the METS script? It seems that's the majority based on photos. I have a road jersey that has a two number front, but both numbers directly under the script. I believe this may have been a minor league jersey. There are other elements that lead me to believe this is the case, but I was curious in general about placement of the numbers.
