The Toronto Raptors, currently playing their home games in Tampa, FL, have had their Tuesday game against Detroit moved to Wednesday.

This comes on the heels of postponing their 2/28 game against the Bulls. Both games were not played due to positive tests and contract tracing on the Raptors team.

The State of California has authorized the resumption of a limited number of fans to outdoor sports events, effectibe 4/1/21...just in time for Opening Day of the 2021 MLB season.

One odd aspect of the decision that may be difficult to enfforce, however: the fans seeing the events must be residents of California.

In an unprecedented event, Virginia Commonwealth University exited March Madness without playing a game. VCU had their game against Oregon declared a "no contest" due to multiple positive COVID19 tests among the players on the team. As a result, Oregon advances, and VCU is done for the season.

Opening Day turned out to be a bummer for fans of both the Nationals and the Mets, as the game was postponed due to COVID19 protocols on the Nats. Friday is an off day, and the hope is that the two teams will play on Saturday; however, that's not a certainty at the moment.

The COVID19 issues that wiped out the Nats' opening series at home against the Mets has now also postgponed Monday's game in DC against the Braves.
