The NBA scheduled a game on the fly on 2/17, with the Pistons visiting Chicago to play the Bulls.
The unplanned game came about due to the postponement of scheduled game for both Chicago and Detroit. The Bulls were to play a road game in Charlotte tomorrow night, but contract tracing related to COVID19 on the Hornets postponed that matchup. The Pistons game in Dallas was also postponed, but not due to pandemic-related reason, but for extreme weather condition in Dallas.

The Buffalo Bills have switched gears and have now joined the Las Vegas Raiders in requiring fans to show proof of COVID19 vaccination in order to be admitted to all remaining 2021 home games. The stricter policy comes after a torrent of complaints from fans at their home opener. In a setting in which wearing masks was the main means of health control, thousands of fans were not wearing face masks in outdoor or indoor areas of the stadium.
The vaccine proof rules will now also be applicable for Buffalo Sabres home games this coming season.
