While the Buffalo Bills will be opening their stadium to 100% capacity, there is a caveat. Given regulations still in effect by the county, the Bills will only be allowed to admit fans for games who can prove 100% vaccination against COVID19.

It's a good news/bad news situation in Japan.

Organizers for this summer's Tokyo Olympics have decided to allow fans to attend the events of the Games, but with a couple of catches.

First, all venues will be limited to either 50% of capacity or 10,000 fans.

Second, fans in attendance will NOT be allowed to cheer for the athletes.

Finally, fan attendance will be limited to only residents of Japan.

Japan is far behind the USA in terms of vaccinations. According to the New York Times, only about 18% of the Japanese population has received even one dose of the vaccine, and roughly 7.3% of the populace has been fully vaccinated.
