These are the shoes that Harper wore for pre-game practice on Opening Day.
While MLB is usually more relaxed than the NFL in terms of what can and can't be worn in an actual game MLB rules prohibit such types of shoes being worn in an actual game.
Also, given his practice of keeping his game used items out of the sports collecting hobby when he can (even if it means destroying them and/or tossing them in the trash), these may never end up in a game-used hobbyist's private collection.
