Need early 80's Lions jersey lettered

Wondering if anyone could point me to someone who could authentically add a name and a nameplate to a 1980's MacGregor Sand Knit away white Detroit Lions jersey...I believe they used letters sewn onto a nameplate...

Any leads/ideas very much appreciated.
