Possible Thome 2011 game issued/worn

Hi guys- sorry about the crappy pics,but was looking for some help on what I’ve got here.Bought as a Giambi signed Indians jersey (which is what the MLB holo states)…but looks like a 2011 Thome game-issued (there are various pilling marks,some light stains,and wear on the buttons,so had to be worn at some point but can’t prove that)..no number changes visible inside,size looks right.Any thoughts?Jersey is a size 50 (50C to be exact).Thanks,Joe
